18-year old Kylie Jenner announced this month that she had extended her popular Kylie Cosmetics range of make-up products and announced the release of her bronze ‘Kyshadow’ palette, which of course sent fans into a total meltdown.. no joke!
She launched her brand new eye shadow palette yesterday at 12pm EDT and soon after she took to social media to tell to her devastated fans that her palette had COMPLETELY sold out in ONE MINUTE!
The ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ reality star announced the news about her new product last month on her website TheKylieJenner.com labelling it “big news. “Surprise, I’m launching a Kyshadow palette!!! I’ve been working on this for months and I’m so excited to finally reveal the big news to you guys.” She also posted a BTS clip on her Instagram account of her manually creating the product in a lab.
Kylie revealed the unusual names of her new shades on her site too (get memorising,) which are ”Jasper, Quartz, Topaz, Goldstone, Citrine, Tiger’s Eye, Hematite, Bronzite and Obsidian”. She also told her fans why she chose to release the bronze palette, “I love bronze colours and browns. I use this palette every day. All the makeup artists that work with me know that I’m very specific about the colour browns that go on my eye.”
If your looking to grab a Kyshadow pallete, it will set you back a pricey $42 but what can you expect considering the success of her ‘Kylie Lip Kits’, she’s not messing around!
