Grime MC Double S is back with his latest single ‘Style & Flows.’ The single is produced by grime hitmakers The Heavytrackerz, known for producing the debut EP and latest single of grime star Stormzy, who recently performed at this year’s Trinity Ball and is slated to play Longitude festival in Marlay Park in July. The track features JME, BBK co-founder and brother of legendary grime MC Skepta.
The track recently premiered on DJ Target’s BBC Radio 1 & 1Xtra show and is set to be released on July 4th. Double S certainly brings style to his flow as he confidently boasts his superiority over other MCs, and it’s hard to argue with him over that catchy hook and banging beat. ‘Style & Flows’ is the much anticipated follow-up to his 2015 EP The Flow Farda, whose single ‘Do It Like Me’ received much praise: Complex UK notes that the track shows Double S “in fine lyrical form, letting the world know why he is still one of the best to do it.” This latest offering is sure to follow the success of ‘Do It Like Me,’ which you can check out below.
